Circular saw blade made of thermally improved carbon steel 50# (metal disc) and carbide tungsten YG8
(cutting teeth) with blade's hardness 85°HRc (+/-2°). Geometry of the blade GS with angle of attack 10°.
Metal disc with appropriately selected thickness, cut by laser technology provides stiffness of saw
and is eliminating stresses of the disc even for works under big load and increased temperature.
Special sintered carbide HM guarantees long durability of teeth and enables multiple sharpening.
Well matched geometry of the blade and shape of GS10 tile (alternately oblique) allows for obtaining optimum
quality of processing while cutting the wood across growth rings. Bigger number of teeth on determined
diameter of the saw influence on getting smooth surfaces of cut materials especially of a dry wood.
Saw blades can be used for longitudinal cut, however it is recommended to use saws with smaller number
of teeth on specific diameter, that can increase the speed of cutting of machined materials.
Suitable for industrial purposes when using all kinds of electrical appliances,
for cutting soft and hard wood, other wood-base materials, fibre and plaster boards.
Maximum rotational speed 10.000rpm.
Attention: to improve the quality of cutting machined materials and to extend the durability of the saw during
cutting it is recommended that the cutting blade sticks out 2/3 of its height over thickness of cut material.
Saw blades are not suitable for cutting concrete, brick, terracotta and ceramics, plexi and other plastics,
ferrous and non-ferrous metals and wood-base materials linked with these materials.
