Core drill bit carbide tipped made of high quality alloy steel 40Cr (metal construction part) and tungsten
carbide YG8C (drilling tips) with blades' hardness 88°HRc (+/-2°).
Heat treatment and surface sandblasting reduces drill's wear and enlarges durability on inside stresses
which appear while using, and heavy-duty structure of core bit gives the possibility to divide energy
of impact while drilling in the most effective way and without loss.
The spiral, that carries away dust along with 2 ventilating holes, significantly enlarges drilling capacity
as a result of quick waste removal from the hole and extends drill's working life.
The core drill bit consists of core bit ø68mm (with 6 optimally big blades), adapter length 125mm,
which on one side has SDS-max end, that is being used for fastening in drills and hammer drills with
SDS-max or double-channel fastening, on other side it has fine-coiled thread M22x2.00mm for fastening
core bit and centring drill bit diameter ø8mm and point angle 130° and has M6 screw for blocking the drill bit.
Suitable for general and industrial purposes when using drills and hammer drills "class 5kg" for drilling holes
in masonry, light concrete and other building materials.
