Diamond cutting disc is made of thermally improved carbon steel 65Mn (metal disc)
and the layer of diamond powder sunken in metal filler MESH18% (diamond rim).
The production consists in circuital placing diamond rim being a special composition of metals
and appropriately selected grains of synthetic diamond which have regular shape and small contamination.
While forming diamond rim, crystals of synthetic diamond are arranged (directed) in such a way to achieve
optimum quality of their sharp edges cutting.
Diamond rim (segmented with special gaps running in radial direction) formed in that way
is welded (800°C-1000°C) to the metal disc, which is polished and painted.

Suitable for industrial purposes when using cut-off machines and road surface cutting machines, wall saws,
for cutting sett, natural stone, reinforced concrete, roof tile, brick, jointless floor, plaster.
The disc is especially recommended for heavy-duty works, where single cutting on bigger depth is required.

Attention: disc to work on dry. Work on wet is allowed, what increases efficiency and prolongs durability
of the disc thanks to rinsing slime out. Work on wet requires constant pouring the disc with water.
The application of special emulsions (for example: water with addition of green soap or drilling oil) additionally
increases the efficiency of cut even by 25% in comparison with the use of water as a coolant.
